The Centaurus, 1 Jinnah Avenue, F-8, Islamabad

The Centaurus has the first proper mega mall in Islamabad. The Centaurus is offering resident, offices and 5 star hotel, out of which resident building tower A is ready for possession and tower B is in final finish also the office building which is tower C work is still remaining. The 50% work of the total project has been completed successfully. The remaining work include the construction of 5 star hotel building and the finishing interior work of tower B, C. It is been also heard in the market that management is planning to declare tower C for residence as well.

The project was started in 2005 with the completion plan of 2013 which got delayed due to certain reasons. In Feb 2013, company organized an opening ceremony of Centaurus Mall. It was a very good decision as after the opening people form twin cities and even from other cities started to visit the mall. National and International brands opened their brand shops. The mall has four floors. Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor has banks, shoe, cloth, electronic, books and other brand shops and 4th floor is for food court, kids playing area and cinema.

In 2015, Centaurus started to possession the tower A apartments to their owners. The types of the apartments are studio apartment, 01 bed, 02 bed, 03 bed, 04 bed and pent houses. I have visited the various type of apartments in Centaurus for the sale/ rent and interior purpose. It is a good place for living point of view as you get reserve parking against an apartment also mall facility and the building is situated in posh area. Few things which i feel a draw back in apartment is 10ft roof, laminate door, laminate kitchen and most important proper pillars in apartment area having width of 4ft.

People are getting the possession from the Centaurus and furnishing for rent out and their personal living. I have interior some apartments in tower A, it was a nice experience. You face some security measures during work like entry of vendors vehicle, labor and tools entry, cargo lift etc.

Jinnah Garden Housing Society Phase-I and Phase-II, Islamabad. Pakistan

Jinnah Garden Housing Society is located at Mouza Gagri, Lohi Bher, Sihala, Islamabad express highway, Islamabad. Pakistan. The layout plan of the society approved by the CDA (Capital Development Authority) in 09.04.2011.The sponsored is M/s Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society The total covered area of the Jinnah Garden Housing Society Phase-I is 2548.6 Kanals. Out of this 1105.9 Kanals area is for Residential, 127 Kanals for Commercial/ Parking, 935.9 Kanals for Roads, 220 Kanals for the Park/ Green/ Nala, 57.40 Kanals for Graveyard, 102.4 Kanals for Mosque, School, Post Office, Hospital and Community Centre. The plots sizes are 50x90, 40x80, 30x60, 35x72, 55x65, 43x52.
